Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HouseWhisper Homes collects, uses and shares information from people who are looking to buy or sell a home. HouseWhisper Homes is operated by Real Estate Productivity, Inc., a licensed real estate brokerage (Washington license #11537). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean HouseWhisper Homes.

It applies when you respond to one of our ads, fill out one of our forms (including forms inside Facebook and Instagram), text or call us, or visit our pages. It does not cover the HouseWhisper software product for real estate professionals, which has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form or contact us, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your answers to our questions, such as the type of home you want, your price range, preferred areas and timing
• whether you agreed to receive calls and texts, and when
• anything you tell us in texts, calls or emails

What ad platforms send us. When you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us your answers along with details of the ad and form you responded to, such as the campaign name and the date and time you submitted.

What is collected automatically. When you submit a form on our web pages we keep the date and time, your IP address, your browser type and the page you submitted from, as a record of your consent. Our pages and ad platforms may also use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our ads perform.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• send you the home lists, alerts and market information you asked for
• answer your questions and follow up about your home search by text, phone or email
• connect you with a licensed real estate agent who can help you
• keep records of your consent and your communication preferences
• improve our ads, forms and messages, and measure how well they work
• prevent fraud and spam, and meet our legal and licensing obligations

Some of our messages are written or sent with the help of automated and AI tools. A licensed agent is available whenever you want to speak to a person.

Calls and text messages

We only call or text you about homes and real estate services if you agreed to it, for example by ticking the consent box on our form or by texting us first.

• Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• We text between 8am and 9pm in your local time.
• Consent is not a condition of buying any property or service.
• Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also email us at support@housewhisper.ai.
• To stop phone calls, tell the caller or contact us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Real estate agents and partner brokerages. To help with your home search, we share your contact details, answers and conversation history with a licensed agent or partner brokerage in your area. They use it to help you buy or sell, under their own privacy policy. They will call or text you only if you agree to it, for example when we ask whether an agent may contact you.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as texting and phone providers, customer relationship management (CRM) software, hosting and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Ad platforms. Platforms such as Meta process the information you submit through their forms. We may use limited data to measure our ads.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, to respond to legal requests, to meet licensing and recordkeeping duties, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business changes. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices and rights

• Stop messages. Reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or tell us on a call.
• Access, correct or delete. Email us at support@housewhisper.ai to ask what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it. We may keep some records where the law or our license requires it.
• State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights, such as knowing what we collect and opting out of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep your information while you are working with us and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including brokerage recordkeeping. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
